Email I'm sending to BloggerCon III discussion leaders...

Dear BloggerCon discussion leader...

Summer is almost over, Election Day is around the corner, and before you know it November 6 will be here, and so will BloggerCon III.

I'm mostly settled in Seattle, the number one item on my to-do list is preparing the discussion leaders for the event, and getting the grid filled up with good stuff, raising a small amount of money for food and facilities, making WiFi available during the show, and creating MP3s of the event, perhaps even webcasts.

Anyway, some time in the next week or so, I'd like to spend a half-hour on the phone with each discussion leader, to talk about how BloggerCon works (it's different from other conferences) and to decide on the topic of your discussion. It's important for me to work with each of you one-on-one, this is the greatest part of my work for the conference, once the day has arrived the success or failure of the show will depend on how well the discussion leaders lead their discussions.

So, if you can, please let me know what days and times work next week or the following week for a phone talk, send along your phone number, and I'll give you a call.
